By implementing a CSR-based value creation and preservation model, we lead to the further growth of our healthcare business.
Based on this approach to sustainability, we respect international norms such as the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (GC), and are promoting specific initiatives aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).*

Alinamin Health Portal (Only partially available in English)
The Alinamin Health Portal provides a broad range of useful information through our Symptom and Disease Navigator, which gives clear and simple explanations on the causes and treatments of symptoms and diseases, our Healthy Life Encyclopedia, which provides information on common medicines, and the Product Information page, which allows users to search products by brand name or symptom category.
The Health Library offers a treasure trove of information on topics that are relevant to the lives of customers who visit pharmacies and retailers of our products.
Educational Programs for Schools
With the growing interest in the importance of health for individuals and the increasing focus on self-medication, we stay true to our identity as a healthcare company that contributes to people's health by providing educational programs in schools that promote children’s health.
Environmental Initiatives
We are switching to FSC-certified paper* for the packaging of some of our products.
*FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification empowers customers to support responsible forest management by identifying and delivering wood and products from responsibly managed forests.
Alinamin Pharmaceutical supports FSC® and promotes sustainable product development.
To choose FSC-certified products is to protect forests.
Supporting Employees
As a company committed to helping people enjoy healthy lives, we actively promote flexible work arrangements and strive to create an environment where employees can achieve a good work-life balance and enjoy rich, healthy lives.

Supporting Local Communities
When we carry out our business activities, it is essential for us to maintain close relationships with the local communities where our production plants and branches are located.
As members of the local communities, we aim to develop close connections to all the people in the respective regions and contribute to the sustainable development of these local communities so that all individuals can lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Major initiatives: Donations that utilize the corporate Hometown Tax scheme, the provision of Hometown Tax return gifts, sponsorship of local events where we provide samples, collaboration with local governments (registration as an SDGs partner and certified fire brigade cooperative business), etc.
